JK Tyre Orange 4X4 Fury International Concludes in Arunachal Pradesh
21 November 2025

JK Tyre Orange 4X4 Fury International concluded successfully as part of the Orange Festival of Adventure and Music, held across Namsai, Lohit, Lower Dibang Valley and East Siang districts of Arunachal Pradesh. The event saw strong participation from off-road enthusiasts across India, along with teams from Thailand and Malaysia, underscoring the event’s growing reputation on the global off-road circuit.

The rally was ceremonially flagged off on December 18, 2025, from the Golden Pagoda in Namsai by Shri Abu Tayeng, IAS, Secretary of Sports & Youth Affairs. The night prior, 17th December, a prologue stage unfolded under total darkness inside the Bereng River, creating a dramatic opening act. Ujjal Namshum, the current Rainforest India Challenge leader, seized the spotlight and set the tone for an endurance-filled expedition through India’s grand northeast.

A total of 50 off-roading vehicles participated in the event, reinforcing its position as one of India’s leading off-road competitions. Each team fielded two vehicles in the Pro-Modified and Stock categories, allowing teams to support each other during the long endurance stages in case of breakdowns or recovery needs. Over three days, teams navigated challenging riverbeds, forest trails and sandbanks along the Lohit, Dibang and Sisiri river regions. Each obstacle transformed the landscape into a living arena, showcasing skill, strategy, and grit as competitors pushed their machines and themselves to the limit.

The prize distribution ceremony was attended by Shri Ramesh Linggi, Director of Sports & Youth Affairs, Government of Arunachal Pradesh. The event was held alongside the Orange Music Festival, which featured performances by Sunidhi Chauhan, Adnan Sami, Benny Dayal and Raftaar, and regional artists from the Dobom Dojo collective, Ngurang Julie, and others.

The event was supported by the Department of Sports & Youth Affairs, Government of Arunachal Pradesh, and JK Tyre, India’s leading promoter of motorsport, highlighting a shared focus on promoting adventure sports and tourism in the state.

The Orange Festival of Adventure and Music recorded an attendance of over 15,000 visitors on a single day during the four-day festival held from December 18 to 21, 2025.

Over the years, JK Tyre has built a strong, organic presence in the North-East, a region where adventure and performance are part of everyday life. The company has stayed closely engaged with the local motorsport and cultural fabric through associations with landmark events such as the Hornbill Festival in Nagaland and the Orange Festival of Adventure and Music in Arunachal Pradesh, along with multiple community-led initiatives. This sustained involvement has helped JK Tyre become a familiar and trusted name in the region; contributing not just to motorsport activity, but to the broader culture of exploration, travel and performance that defines the North-East.
